Kids Taekwondo / Kickboxing
Martial Arts is a total learning activity. Lessons are tailored to your child's age and skill level. We begin classes for children as early as age 7. Depending on the maturity of the student sometimes ages 6 1/2. Your child begins by first learning basic patterns and forms, kicking, blocking, striking, and punching. These fundamental skills increase your child's physical coordination, flexibility, balance, and mental focus. Taekwondo develops your child's athletic abilities and self-awareness, and improves the child's capabilities in self-defense.
Traditional Taekwondo forms teach the foundation of self-defense moves and help students to learn balance, focus, and self-discipline.
Boxing & Kickboxing
Boxing & Kickboxing is incorperated into the curriculum so that students can benefit from the hand eye coordination, footwork, athletic training, fitness, and self-defense.
Sportsmanship and Control
Students learn self-control first and foremost. They learn when to use martial arts and when not too. Students develop teamwork and train in a safe and exciting environment.
