Welcome to Tinsley Family Martial Arts. Where we break down barriers to help students realize their full potential. Together we take challenges head on, overcome adversities, and build a healthy competitive spirit. You’ll enjoy having fun and training amongst exciting people who are passionate about improving their lifestyle through Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai classes.
We have two locations in the Albemarle area.

MEET OUR INSTRUCTOR
Donnie Tinsley is the owner and founder of Tinsley Family Martial Arts. He is 2nd Degree Gracie Jiu-jitsu black belt recognized by 8th Degree Red/White belt Master Luiz Palhares (IBJJF Certified), a 5th Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo, and Level II Kru in Muay Thai. He is the defensive tactics instructor for Currituck County Sherriff Department and has dedicated his life to teaching martial arts in the Albemarle Area.
