Muay Thai & Kickboxing

Our Muay Thai and Kickboxing system is all about developing striking accuracy, technique and overall fighting reflexes. It is a combination of Muay Thai and Dutch Style kickboxing. Working drills solo on heavy bags as well as with partners and using focus mitts and Thai pads will improve your timing, hand-eye coordination and explosiveness. Muay Thai and Kickboxing is another fun and challenging way to workout at Tinsley Family Martial Arts. We have a family friendly atmosphere, supportive community, and excellent training partners for you to work with in a safe and fun environment.
This beginner friendly class introduces students to Muay Thai and Kickboxing Fundamentals.
Bag Work
Bag work is the foundation of Muay Thai. It is were you will burn a ton of calories while learning fundamental movements, strikes, and combinations.
Partner Drills
Partner drills are useful at building teamwork and confidence in yourself. You will learn how the techniques used on the bags and pads work in a practical and safe environment.
Pad Work
Pad work is unique to boxing and Muay Thai in that it gives the benefit of the heavy bags as well as the partner drills and allows for endless combinations, drills, and flows.
