MEET OUR STAFF
Donnie Tinsley is the owner and founder of Tinsley Family Martial Arts. He is 2nd Degree Gracie Jiu-jitsu black belt recognized by 8th Degree Red/White belt Master Luiz Palhares, a 5th Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo, and Kru Muay in Muay Thai. He is the defensive tactics instructor for Currituck County Sherriff Department and has dedicated his life to teaching martial arts in the Albemarle Area. Amy Tinsley
Owner / Instructor
Amy Tinsley is the owner and Taekwondo Master instructor at the Tinsley Family Martial Arts Hertford location. Mrs. Amy holds the rank of 4th Dan Taekwondo (Kukkiwon) and also Senior Instructor in Muay Thai. She is a National Taekwondo Poomsae Champion and currently teaches Dance in Hertford, NC.
